In the past, I'd always struggled to motivate myself to train at the gym. But Livia was highly recommended, and for the past three months I've been seeing her once a week. The sessions are varied, concentrating on different areas and muscle groups each time, and varying the reps and weights each session. Livia seems to have just the right balance between being strict, yet encouraging, and always motivating. The hour long sessions seem to fly by, and I have to say that I really enjoy them.

She has drawn up an eating plan for me, which works extremely well for me, particularly as I can eat plenty, as long as it's the right types of food. The key is ensuring that we have the right types of food in, and making sure that I keep eating. Luckily, weekly re-feeds are allowed, when I can eat and drink what I like!

I then aim to go to the gym another 2-3 times per week, which I now find that I really look forward to, following a similar pattern of reps and weights as per the PT session from that week, but covering the rest of the body and muscles. Liv will often keep checking in via email or text too, and I find that I don't ever struggle with motivation now. In fact, I really miss going if I'm not able to make a session.

In the three months that we've been training together, my body has developed noticeable muscle definition, I feel stronger and far more happy with my shape. Honestly, I'm amazed at how much it has changed.
