Just stop eating the sugar!

If I told you that you could have the body you really desired, would you believe me? If I told you that just one little, everyday thing is stopping you, would you cut it out?  Let’s give it a go, shall we?

If you crave a toned body and want it so very much, all you need to do is stop eating sugar. It’s true.

But by sugar, I mean ALL sugars... Sucrose, fructose, lactose... in plain English: cane sugar, sugar in cakes and biscuits plus fruits, dairy products and even natural sugars in sweet, coloured veg!

If carbohydrates are eaten in excess, they are digested and converted into sugar. Your once-a-day ‘treats' will add up to several thousand calories that your body doesn't need by the end of the week. So, cut out the daily treat and you will start to see changes you have only dreamed of. 

That means don’t finish the kid’s chips; cut out the evening wine; don’t pick up the biscuit; don’t have the second latte - and you will drop weight rapidly. I promise.

But it's totally up to you. If you don't eat correctly, you will not change shape and you won't see your waistline return. Instead, you will see it widen, even if you believe you are eating 'healthily'. Honestly, take a look at how you are cooking your food. How many sauces you use? How many sugary ingredients are you adding to the casserole or the grilled meat? How much butter you add to the veg?
