After the initial consultation Livia can provide personal training suitable for everyone.

Livia trains ladies who want to shape up after having children, those who want to lose weight for a specific date and body transformations for extreme weightloss. Ladies who wish to step on stage to show off a well trained body or those who just want to keep toned, fit and healthy.

Personal training should be used to motivate you and give you the confidence to then exercise by yourself. After a few sessions you will become a confident exerciser and understand how to perform the repetitions with the correct technique.

Livia always keeps in contact throughout the time you work together no matter whether a client has personal training online only, once every three months, once a month, once week or everyday!
