4 week weight loss starter course

Starting in September 2013

These discount sessions are designed to educate ladies in how to lose weight and shape their bodies by eating the right foods at the right time and in the right quantities.

We also learn how to exercise to lose fat, which modes of exercise and foods are best for fat loss and which exercise and eating habits actually increase fat storage!

The initial class is £30 payable upfront by BACS and thereafter £20 a session (if paid in advance by BACS in a block of three sessions which is only £60).

If you 'pay as you go' then the price per session inflates to £40 each session.

The  course, instructed by Livia,  is held at a number of venues in and around brighton depending on what suits you.

Livia's home studio in Hove (food planning and bodyweight exercise sessions only)
