o Regular weight training will decrease body fat & define your figure without unsightly muscles by increasing your metabolism & ensures body fat burns even when you’re not
o Remember: your fat took a while to build up & it will take a while to lose it; there are no quick fixes. Permanent weight loss & body shaping will not happen overnight. But persevere & you will reap the rewards.
