Maintain a slim, trim figure over the festive season

As this is a busy time of year for my clients we are training hard to maintain a slim, trim figure over the festive season this year. We pay attention to what we are eating on the run up to Christmas due the the excessive calories that are consumed from the end of December until the beginning of January.

For many women that train and care about fitting into their best dresses in December, FitFreedom suggests a cut back on high fat sauces and fatty foods from the 1st-23rd of December. From then the finer foods can be enjoyed without guilt and my ladies manage to avoid rapid, unnecessary weight gain.
