Menopause specific exercise and recipes to follow for a healthier happier menopause
The 90 Day low intensity, progressive, exercise plans include over 300 minutes of video coaching. Livia shares her coaching tips from 30 years of experience in the health & fitness industry. We have 3 plans to choose from, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
To complete the 90 Day Plans successfully, you will have:
- an accompanying recipe book
- examples of how to structure your food each month
- a suggested shopping list for each month
- a secret Facebook group for support, if needed
Each 90 day Plan is £249.50 when paid upfront, or 3 monthly payments of £84. We recommend starting from the Beginner plan, as you will learn the exercises here first, and working your way through the plans. However, if you are more experienced at exercising you may begin at the intermediate or advanced level, but check with Livia first. For all plans, you need to be able to work independently (i.e. you are able to work out without a trainer present).
